Please follow the steps in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Include the Razorpay order ID and the reason for the refund.

Security & privacy concerns

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability or a privacy issue, email us (address revealed above on this page) with the subject line “Security report”. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
