Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital product: Studio Print is a browser-based tool. There is nothing physical to ship. Access to the paid features is delivered electronically to your account the moment your payment is verified.

1. What you receive

When you purchase a Weekly (₹59 / 7 days) or Monthly (₹149 / 30 days) plan, we grant electronic access to the following features on your account:

We do not ship any physical goods, printed photos, or media. The A4 sheet you generate is downloaded as a PNG / PDF file directly to your own device, which you can then print on any home or local printer.

4. Delivery location

Because the Service is delivered over the Internet, it is available anywhere you have a working browser and an internet connection, subject to the Terms & Conditions. The app interface currently ships in English and Hindi.

5. Delivery failures

If payment is captured by Razorpay but the plan is not activated on your account, this is considered a delivery failure and you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy. Email us with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
