Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. What you receive
When you purchase a Weekly (₹59 / 7 days) or Monthly (₹149 / 30 days) plan, we grant electronic access to the following features on your account:
- Unlimited downloads and prints per day (free plan is capped at 2 sheets per day).
- Unlimited photos per A4 sheet (free plan is capped at 5 photos per sheet).
- All country-specific passport-photo presets.
- HD (600 DPI) export and bulk batch processing (Monthly only).
2. Delivery timeline
- Activation is immediate — as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment and our server verifies the payment signature, your plan is upgraded on your account.
- If for any reason the upgrade does not appear within 10 minutes, log out and log back in. If it is still not visible, contact us at loginfaster89@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will activate it manually within 24 hours.
3. No physical shipping
We do not ship any physical goods, printed photos, or media. The A4 sheet you generate is downloaded as a PNG / PDF file directly to your own device, which you can then print on any home or local printer.
4. Delivery location
Because the Service is delivered over the Internet, it is available anywhere you have a working browser and an internet connection, subject to the Terms & Conditions. The app interface currently ships in English and Hindi.
5. Delivery failures
If payment is captured by Razorpay but the plan is not activated on your account, this is considered a delivery failure and you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy. Email us with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
