These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Studio Print (the “Service”) provided via studioprint.pages.dev. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Studio Print is a browser-based tool that helps you convert a selfie or a photo into a passport-sized image, remove the background using AI, crop to the required dimensions for different countries, and arrange multiple copies onto an A4 sheet ready for printing. All photo processing happens on your own device.

2. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Only official @gmail.com addresses are accepted for signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Subscription plans

• Free — no cost. Up to 2 A4 sheets per day, up to 5 photos per sheet, with AI background removal included.
• Weekly — ₹59 for 7 days. Unlimited sheets, unlimited photos per sheet, HD 600 DPI export, all country presets.
• Monthly — ₹149 for 30 days. Everything in Weekly plus bulk batch processing and priority support.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The exact list is shown in the “Plans” modal inside the app and is authoritative.

4. Billing & payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials.
• Your plan is activated immediately after Razorpay confirms a successful payment and our server verifies the HMAC-SHA256 signature of the transaction.
• Plans are one-time, non-auto-renewing. Once the plan period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless you purchase a new plan.

5. Cancellation, refunds & chargebacks

Because plans are non-auto-renewing you do not need to cancel anything to avoid being charged again. Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading identity documents.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond reasonable rate limits.
• Circumvent the daily download limit of the Free plan.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

• All code, branding and UI of Studio Print is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
• You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. Since photos never leave your browser, we never have any rights over them.
• The AI background-removal model (briaai/RMBG-1.4) is provided by its original authors and is subject to their own licence.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that any specific government authority will accept the photos you produce. It is your responsibility to verify the requirements of your passport / visa issuer.
• AI background removal may fail on complex backgrounds; always visually verify the output before printing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or passport / visa rejections.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the in-app My Account → Delete Account Permanently button. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund; see the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered address in India.
