What to include in your email
- The Gmail address associated with your Studio Print account.
- A short description of the problem or question.
- Screenshots if you are reporting a bug (please crop out anything sensitive).
- The Razorpay
order_id/payment_idif the question is about a payment or refund.
Refund requests
Please follow the steps in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Include the Razorpay order ID and the reason for the refund.
Security & privacy concerns
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability or a privacy issue, email us at loginfaster89@gmail.com with the subject line “Security report”. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

Studio Print is operated from India. Our registered correspondence address is available on request for legal and regulatory purposes — please email us.
Tip: The fastest way to get support is to include your Gmail address and, if relevant, the payment ID from the Razorpay receipt email. This lets us find your account immediately.
