Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can cancel your Studio Print subscription and when you are eligible for a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation
- Our Weekly (₹59 / 7 days) and Monthly (₹149 / 30 days) plans are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew.
- You do not need to cancel anything to stop being billed — no further charge will happen unless you manually buy a new plan.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from My Account → Delete Account Permanently.
2. Refund eligibility
We want you to be happy with the Service. You may request a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment — if Razorpay has charged you twice for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Plan not activated — if your payment was successful but your plan was not activated on your account within 24 hours, we will refund the charge.
- Service unavailability — if our backend is down for a continuous period of more than 48 hours during your paid plan, you can request a pro-rata refund for the unusable days.
3. Refunds not available
Because Studio Print is a digital product that is delivered and usable immediately after purchase, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the plan is activated and has already been used.
- You did not read the feature list, daily limits or plan duration before purchasing.
- The photos you produced were rejected by a third-party passport / visa authority. (Acceptance is always subject to the issuer’s own rules — please verify dimensions, background and composition before printing.)
- You no longer need the Service before the plan period ends.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at loginfaster89@gmail.com within 7 days of the original payment with:
- The Gmail address associated with your Studio Print account.
- The Razorpay
order_idorpayment_idfrom the transaction receipt (Razorpay sends you one by email). - A short description of why you are requesting a refund.
We will review the request and respond within 3 working days.
5. Refund processing time
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
- Once issued, the amount typically appears in your bank / card / UPI account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- Studio Print cannot influence the exact settlement time once the refund has been initiated through Razorpay.
6. Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in your Studio Print account being permanently suspended.
